Cluny827 Posted September 18, 2014 Share Posted September 18, 2014 Hey gang! Im new to the world of overclocking and have a problem. I use XTU and got a stable overclock at 4.1GHz. I moved houses upgraded to an SSD, but now the Porcessor Frequency doesn't fluctuate with the CPU Utilization at all. It used to only ramp up when I was playing games. Can anyone help?
