Micron DDR2 sellout

Dear Friends,

 

I gathered too many Micron D9GMH/D9GKX at home and I need to part with them:

I tested them on GB EP45-UD3R and I aimed for 1M stable as I was targeting max clock. I booted either 640 555 @2.4 or 680 666 @2.5, entered Windows and worked my way up with SetFSB 5 MHz at a time running Pi1M after each change. Failed binning - the mems didn't boot at those settings or failed 1M.

The exception is for Transcends as I used them for benching and they do 615 32M stable.

 

All the sticks are used, so some of them might have usual marks or scratches

 

The contents of the box are:

  1. a kit of Team 1300C6 - working, both sticks fail binning, they can do 650 5-5-5-15 @ 2.4

  2. a kit of Team 1300C6 - one stick does 750 6-6-6@2.6, second one is the one I did 811 MHz, but needs reballing due to my lousy attempt of removing the HS

  3. a kit of Team 800C3 - one stick fails binning, does specs, second one did 720 5-5-5 @ 2.4 but didn't like CL6

  4. a kit of Transcend 1066 - one of my benching kits, 615 5-5-5 @ 2.2 stable, I didn'tpush them further

  5. two kits of Crucial 667C3 (16FD4) - all of them do around 700 5-5-5 @ 2.4, they don't like CL6, 650+ dual channel capable

  6. a kit of Crucial Lanfest 800 - both capable of 680 5-5-5 @ 2.4, also 650+ dual channel capable

Asking prices (without shipping costs):

  1. 40 euro
  2. 25 euro
  3. 30 euro
  4. 25 euro
  5. 30 euro per kit
  6. 30 euro

 

I am also asking 200 euro if you want whole box.

 

All items are fully working unless said otherwise and are sold as seen on pictures. I provide no warranty and I accept no returns because I am private seller. As it comes to OC, your mileage might vary, as it depends on large number of factors, including luck.

I am from Poland, so I prefer an EU trade to avoid issues with shipping and customs - shipping costs will be between 5 and 15 euro depending on item size and destination (to be agreed with buyer). Payment via PayPal only.

I can test, any special wishes (which kit/what mobo/voltage/frequency). At least I recall that Crucials did ~550 CL4 with 2.2.

Now I read your answer :)

I need a good kit but if you can put only 2.2v, it will be poor

I need max frequency at 2.4v

Cough - please avoid 3:5 divider on socket 775 because it is bugged - I have to delete result because of this, you can use any other divider to make validation but not 3:5, which is in reality 2:3 - good mems nontheless :)

Azz... Thank you for the bad news :-) so what was the real frequency ? I'm still learning and how to calculate it isn't so clear !

I'll try with 2:3, anyway for now got 660 MHz with 1:1

The memory dividers refer to relation of FSB to real memory clock - 2:3 means at 400 FSB for example: 400:2=200; 200x3=600 mem clock - sory for spoiling your fun but I thought reacting fast would save you from further annoyance :)

So I was ad 455 FSB and about 680 mem clock

I was so proud of it and that's how you dealt with it:

Anyway, yes, 3:5 is bugged on 775, and safe dividers for DDR2 are 1:1, 1:2 and 2:3. I don't know about DDR3 on 775 because most of the time I use 1:2 :D
