marc0053 Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 There is increasing research being done on thermal performance between thermal pastes for extreme cooling conditions including work from Der8auer, Rauf, Dancop just to name a few and now a very interesting review from Splave using a unique direct die cooling method compares the thermal performance between Kingpin cooling blue paste and Thermal grizzly kryonaut was posted today I recently had a chance to discuss the testing method with Splave and got to admit the amount of work and dedication invested to solve these research questions is simply mind blowing.
