new version released today.
New features:
* users can register a new team themselves. User who created a team are now automatically team moderator.
* new bot info page. seperate tabs for configuring your bot
* team moderators can adjust forum ranking settings, like how many entries are required for a subranking to show up, how many entries should be displayed in the (sub)rankings, etc
* new ranking info page, using userfriendly ajax technologies
* improved layout of menu
* improved layout of hwbot entries, makes claiming, blocking and deleting easier
Bugfixes:
* highest score per subcategory fixed
* online submitted score now has correct videocard family
* various other little bugs
