A question about 3dmark

I have a question or two. As an advanced or pro user of 3dm03 and 3dm05, I have the option to not run the cpu or featured tests. Something the free users have no option for. They have to run them for a valid score, correct? The benchmark completes succesfully and I get a valid score. By not running the cpu tests, I can run on a hairier edge than they can giving me a slight advantage and therefore, a better score. What is hwbots view on this. It is an unfair advantage is it not?

It's possible to lower the clocks with SetFSB after the important tests are done, I think. If only GPU-tests add to the score, then doing this after they're finished shouldn't harm the score (right?). You need to be quick, but it's possible to do it that way..
