Cannot get Heaven Score

Hi All, I've been having this issue for a long time and I cannot find the answer anywhere. My issue is that, the DX11 bench runs with no issues but at the end, instead of providing me with a score I get this error instead.

"The benchmark did not run at 1680x1050. Possibly this resolution is not supported by your monitor." I am using 3 23" LED monitors (1920x1080) native resolution. I have tried running the bench with my eyefinity still enabled and also disabled and it still won't work. Any suggestions?

unplug other monitors and run the test with only 1 monitor
