Gigabyte EOC 2012

Hey overclockers out there :)

In cooperation with GIGBYTE I organized the Extreme Overclocker Competition 2012. Tomorrow we will push some 3770 K CPUs on GIGABYTE Z77X-UD3H mainboards using my new CPU pots and 300 Liter LN2.

You can follow the benching via Livestream starting tomorrow at about 11 am (GMT+1).
LIVESTREAM (http://www.ustream.tv/channel/GBT-OC)

PCGH, Awardfabrik and OverclockingStation will have one setup each and up to 4 overclockers per system. They will compete in CPU-Z, SuperPi32m, 3DMark03, 3DMark06 and 3DMark11.

Setups:
- GIGABYTE Z77X-UD3H
- 3770 K Ivy Bridge CPUs
- GIGABYTE GTX 560 SOC
- 2 x 4 GB Kinston HyperX 2400 CL11
- der8auer Fusion rev3 LN2 Pot (http://der8auer.de/8.html)

Our little pony Massman will also be there :D

Took about 1134KM and about 10h driving ... but it was totally worth it! :D

Kudos to Der8auer for putting this event together and of course Gigabyte Germany to back it up. Nice to meet the people I already knew and even nicer to meet the people I didn't know. The PCGH team has a real competitive OC spirit as well as good team spirit; they are doing it right for sure!
