Afaik the board is working, but in the socket area there are some pins not in the right position. Nevertheless i sell it as damaged. I can't tell you anything about the fsb capabilites but for that the price is very good There should also be almost all the accessories in the package (soundcard, LCD poster, all the extra cooling options and the water cooling parts are included).
