if you don't overdoit with the subs (tRRD,tRTP and WtR(same rank)) then works fine

I experience terrible problems with 2:10 as well DeDaL... Don't think it has to do with sub-timings, at least not on my setup. My bet is on BIOS problem ;) 2:8 on the other hand, works flawlessly.

Oh, almost forgot. I got a question for you Sam (TaPaKaH). How on earth did you set tREFL at 1123? Doesn't make any sense. Refresh interval is maximum 1023.
