OCP disable on chl8318 (Epower and lightning)

it is possible to get OCP disable for chl8318

I can scan my Epower and then change ocp with EVbot and then scan again

I'm not sure I can disable the OCP with EVbot

I can set it to extreme which is probably the highest that can be set via the I2C bus

is there anything else you need?

I have a test version where you can set the OCP limit very high (can't disable over I2C), but still havn't had it tested.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/6d5jaqcv72nr0h3/eVc%20v1b4%20-%20780_ocptest1.exe

Use the 780/Ti Lightning profile and you'll find the OCP option at GPU Voltage under More settings.

It could be tested by for example setting the limit really low and see if it triggers OCP. Let me know how it goes.

Can you send me the log file? 0A might be a bugged value, what about 4A?

Also what is the result if you go to Menu - Send custom command and enter the following:

Address 0x46

Register 0x1D

And press Read?

I have a confirmed working version, for epower right? Try this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5cr9em81my6o1ql/eVc%20v1b4%20-%20epower_ocp.exe?dl=0

If applying voltage through eVc, Gamer OCP is the value you want to change.

thanks john, i try it today.....and regular ocp what is????

OCP Test in advanced, should be left at 0A????

Gamer OCP work at all setting? if i apply 496A it work?

EDIT: i look now it....but i didn't test! can you add again temp of VRM please? thanks
