Quick run temp -70 with save voltage Vcore 1.580 VTT 1.2 Volt VCCSA 1.150 Volt .....still not max out

I've had degradation with 2 3930Ks both C2,
Like the latest one
did 4.7Ghz @ 1.34v, but now I have to use 1.36v to get 4.6Ghz

both VTT VCCSA set to 1.05v
1.65v 2133mhz RipjawZs 8GB kit
