Error with AS SSD Submit... Product Add?

I'm getting the following error when I attempt to submit my AS SSD Benchmarks:

Disk product is required for disk benchmarks!

There is no 'Product' field on the form. I have it populated as follows:

Amount - 1x, manufacturer - Crucial, Capacity - 128, Series - m4, Configuration - AHCI

I have also tried with the Series being the full part of CT128M4SSD2.

Ideas?
