Default Add a CPU and GPU to the database

Specifically: the Intel i7-2620M and ATI FirePro M5950

I have both of these in a Dell Precision M4600 and would like to make some submissions.

Thanks for the find on the CPU, I didn't realize it was QM and not just M.

As for the GPU, it's an ATI card, that the vendors (I believe HP, Dell and one other company are the 3 distributors for it) have to provide custom drivers for themselves. It's essentially the workstation equivalent of a low-mid range 5-monitor eyefinity card. The subvendor may change between cards, but the card itself is a standardized part from ATI.
