BORN TO BE FAST! ASRock Reveals Its First OC-Oriented Mainboard: Z77 OC Formula

According to geizhals, these boards are available for preorder for 265 Euros a piece, which is twice the price of D3H/UD3H and a bit more than M5F.
Why would anyone buy the ASRock?
