I am also getting the following error message:

Run-time error '-2147024894 (80070002)':

Method '~' of object '~' failed

I get this every time, despite uninstalling and installing the program several times and despite being able to run Unigine Heaven without issues. The only reason I even bother with the wrapper is that I cannot submit a UH score to HWBOT without a data file in the .hwbot-format.

One thing others haven't mentioned - and might not have experienced - is that the first time I tried to use the wrapper to run UH, it declared that it could not find Heaven.exe and made me look for it. I didn't realize it would be in the /bin-directory so I chose the only "executable" I found: unigine.com. Only it's not an actual .com-file, but a link to the website. I am not surprised that this choice didn't work out. What I am surprised about is that the wrapper doesn't ask me to point out Heaven.exe again after I uninstall and reinstall it. If it didn't find it the first time, why would it find it now? It seems to me the wrapper is saving the location of "Heaven.exe" somewhere, but isn't removing it when uninstalled. Using CCleaner and rebooting the computer before reinstalling hasn't helped. My suspision is that the failure is due to using the wrong file to run the benchmark, but I haven't found a way to fix it. Nor have I found any other way of making the wrapper work. Starting UH before starting the wrapper doesn't help.

Hi,
I have error 13 on a fairly fresh win 7 x64 sp1 install so thought I would post some detailed troubleshooting in the hope that collectively (with the OP/devs help) we can actually understand and resolve the bug together...

I have read all 33 pages of this thread - twice!

The only thing suggested is to change language etc to english united kingdom.
I have it set to that always therefore that idea does not resolve it.

So next I did all the important windows updates, 104 of them including many security updates and .net updates/patches.

Few reboots and 2 hrs later, i'm ready to run hwbot unigine benchmark again - still getting error 13 bug!

So I dg deeper and check for dependencies needed/missing...

Dependency Walker shows the following when I check
C:\Program Files (x86)\HWBOT Unigine Heaven Benchmark Application\benchmark.exe

" ? MSVBVM60.DLL"
"Error opening file. The system cannot find the file specified."
"Error: At least one required implicit or forwarded dependency was not found."

Hope this is of some help/use for understanding the bug for the dev.
I will carry on trying to resolve this also.

Mate, the redis is like 1500KB, you're not seriously installing VS6 for just that. It was microbunnypoop and their desire to push .NET that made them silently remove the redis from newer Windows.

Fixed by changing Format and Place to United Kingdom instead of France !
I got this "Runtime error 13 Type mismach" all the time
3-4 all different Win 10 64 bit installs.
Is it only Win7 benchmark or what?

do not get this fix above. Where you can choose the country? There isn't one during install.

BTW: maybe it will be easier to re-enable screen verification scores upload. Unigine itself works fine from the very beginning. At least for not-Top20.
