3570K or whatever. I thought it would make more sense to call it a 3770K and 3750K, i didn't really look to see which it was.

yes, its possible ... i have one 3570K and is 2 months old and it is E1, i thought all 3570K are E1

Why would they not have an E0 3570K? Its a pretty bad clocker anyways.
