EVGA products are overhyped anyway, much like the Foxconn's X48 BlackOps was back in the days. I was a part of the Foxconn QFS team, so I know :P. I believe Shamino has good reasons to leave EVGA and I think they are much the same as they were with Foxconn.

I actually like the 760 and 762... those boards were way ahead of anybody else.. If my 762 wasn't down for the count... I would still be using it..
Even the evbot is still better than what ASUS, MSI.. not sure about gigabyte though... I like having the option to change voltages, bclk anytime on boot.. not having to wait... like the other tools.. Either way.. .Shamino.. good luck on your new adventure.. should be fun... |

E759 E762 and W555 SR-2 are just pieces of art, would be a shame when Evga doens't make such nice hardware without Shammy.
I love Evga because of there nice boards and hw

EVGA mainboards are always very expensive. That price group must be 0.5% of total sales or something in the world.
Maybe they will stop producing these expensive mainboards because it is not profitable and Peter just did not want to waste his talent on there anymore. This is just a guess..no facts behind it. I liked EVGA boards a lot. Bios could be a lot better, but still they did amazing job. Thanks for them to EVGA! |

SF3D: Same as with Foxconn Quantum force programme. Not profitable enough.
