Update to 3DMark01 rules for old videocards (Riva TNT)
The submission rules of 3DMark01 have been altered to avoid confusion whether some old videocards may be used to submit to hwbot or not. The original rule stated the default settings of 3DMark01 should be used. The new rule makes an exception for pre 2001 hardware which can not run 3DMark01 ...
