I had some sessions with the A75-M Pro... 802 bios is not so bad, stability is not an issue here.
I think the problem is the ability to ramp up with the fsb, I found a wall at 163mhz... to make it more clear, 163mhz works almost flawlessly, 164mhz results in a no-post situation, I tried everything but nothing to do.
Dunno if it's a bios, mobo or cpu related issue though
When the shops are reopening, around 22 August, I'll buy a Giga UD4H, to try to enter the contest and to do some comparisons

Asus released some new bioses for F1A75 -series boards yesterday.

Generic changelog:

AGESA code updated from V1.1.0.2 to V1.1.0.3.
Hudson CIM code updated from V1.0.0.1 to V1.0.0.3.
Sumo VBIOS updated from version 012.043.009.000.000000 to 012.043.000.014.000000
ST/FD/DS configuration changed while in auto mode (enhanced stability / overclocking).
Fixed GPU Boost / OC function*
Added option to disable C-State Pmin feature

* GPU Boost / OC function is working with unlocked APUs only.
On locked APUs the maximum overclock is always: Default SCLK PState Div - 0.25.
On A6-3650 this means 457MHz and on A8-3850 626MHz.
Higher options are available, but they do not have any effect.

NOTE: The F1A75-M PRO CSM is bios intended to be used on CSM ("Corporate Stable Model") variant of F1A75-M PRO motherboard.
The motherboard is physically identical with the normal variant and the bioses are fully interchangeable, however the CSM bios is significantly slower.
CSM bios underclocks the APU northbridge for enhanced stability (on 1866MHz MEMCLK ratio NCLK is 666MHz instead of 900MHz).

Also NONE of the bioses above have either "Bank Interleave" or "GPU Boost" function enabled.
I will post the modified versions tomorrow.
Quote:
F1A75 & F1A75-M LE boards don´t support "GPU Boost" feature so it will not be available on them.
Users with retail (locked) APUs, just set the GPU Boost option to "Turbo" to max out the GPU.
Higher settings will not have any effect on locked APUs.

In case someone wants to use F1A75-M PRO CSM bios on their normal F1A75-M PRO board, use Afuwin / Afudos with additional /x switch to skip the rom ID check (which will otherwise prevent flashing).

- F1A75-M Pro bios (0802TS-D1debug): http://91.121.148.119/downloads/BIOS...S-D1_DEBUG.zip (modified by The Stilt)

Quote:
Updated SUMO VBIOS from version VER012.043.000.014.000000 to VER012.043.000.014.041167 (Asus Lynx).
Edited "triggers" of several items to change the behaviour.
Granted access to full NB & SB (FCH) debug options (be careful)...
Added option to disable Execute Disable Bit -feature.
Some changes in UI and presets.

EFI Shell is bundled with the bios to allow direct access to devices (e.g IMC, NB) from the bios.
Put it on a USB drive and launch it by using the menu ("launch efi shell").

My A75MA-G55 came sealed, but with the 1.2 bios on it which I thought was strange. Would be surprised if 1.0 is much worse than 1.2 because it's total tosh.
