Upgrade to intel quad champion

Hello everyone, I want to buy a quad but potent or champion. Preferences: Q6700, q6850, QX6700, QX6800 or QX6850. I want a good and overcloked FPO hands 4GHz with a voltage as low. Mobo dfi dark 965, dfi p45 ut t2rs or dfi x48 t2rs ddr2. Knows FPO someone better?
