In OC league you will compete against people who are not "allowed" to use E0 ES, just like you.
If you want to fight for global WRs, move into pro league and seek for E0 ES. But personally, I think it's too early to judge ... how many actual retail CPUs have been tested under cold til now?

I agree that's too early . That's why i gave the 2 months time line .
It's just that after seeing those few E1 clocking bad , we're just starting to lose our hope
