Where to submit html file result in Aquamark3 ?

I can' t see any option in the form for submitting results in aquamark for the new rules of having to have the html result file ? ?

You mail them to one of the result moderators, me for example :)

Do we have to upload all files , or only the html file ??
I'm having problem cause i can't upload in my forum attachment bigger than 200kb
